"What We Believe And Trust"
THE ONE TRUE GOD:
We believe in the one everliving, eternal God; infinite in power, Holy in Nature, attribute and purpose; and possessing absolute indivisible deity. The one True God has revealed Himself as eternal self - existent, "I Am the Creator of Heaven and earth and the Redeemer of mankind. ( ex. 3:14; John 8:58 ).
"Jesus is God" is the basis of our teaching (Deut. 4:35, 6:4; II Sam. 7:22; 1 Chron. 17:20; Ps. 83:18; Isa. 43:10-13, 44:6, 45:5-6; Mark 12;29; I Cor. 8:4; Eph. 4:5; I Tim. 2:5; Acts 9:5 and Rev. 1:3 ).
We believe that there are three that bear record in heaven - the Father, the Word and the Holy Ghost. These three are One manifested in the person of Jesus Christ who being in the image of the Invisible God is the Creator of all things. He is Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end (Isa. 9:6; John 14:8-11; Rev. 1:8; John 10;30-38 ).
We believe that Jesus Christ shed His blood to sanctify all who believe in Him. ( Heb. 13:12; I john 1:7-9; I Thess. 5:23; John 17:17 and Acts 26:18 ).
We believe that Sanctification affects the whole man, even the innermost being according to ( Matt. 23:26; I Thess. 5:23. ). we believe that this act is the instantaneous and is carried on into Holiness. (Lev. 11:44 ).
THE HOLY GHOST
We believe in the baptism of the Holy Ghost as it was on the day of Pentecost. we believe that those who receive the Holy Ghost will speak with other tongues as the Spirit of God gives utterance (Acts 2:1-4; 19:5-6, 10:43-47; Luke 11:13 ).
WATER BAPTISM
We believe in the full immersing in the water according to Acts 2:38, 8:12 and 10:47, baptizing in the Name of Jesus, the one who commissioned and gave authority to baptize. The commission given by Jesus in Matt. 28:19-20 was carried out by the Apostles ( Acts 2:38, Acts 10:48, acts 19:5 ).
MAN AND HIS FALL
In the beginning God created man innocent, pure and holy; but through the sin of disobedience Adam and Eve, the first of the human race, fell from their holy state, and God banished them from Eden. Hence by one man's disobedience sin entered into the world (Gen. 1:27; Rom. 3:23, 5:12 ).
SANCTIFICATION AND HOLINESS
Sanctification is a work of Grace. It begins in regeneration by the application of the blood of Jesus: ( I John 1:7; Heb. 9:14, 13:12; I Pet. 1:18-20 and Rev. 7:14; john 1:12-13; I Cor. 5:17 ).
We understand that the word sanctification means Separation and Consecration ( John 17;17; I Cor. 1:30; Eph. 5:25-26; II Tim. 2:21; I Pet. 1:2 ). he Church of God in this dispensation was sanctified. Scripture which support our belief are ( Deut. 14:2, 7:6; Ezek. 36:23; Jerm. 1:5; Dan. 7:27; John 17:19; Acts 20:32; I Cor. 1:2, 6-11; Heb 2:11 ). Godly living should characterize the life and work of all saints according to the pattern and example of Jesus and His Apostles. We should cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God. We will live a life of purity and abstain from all appearance of evil. ( I Thess. 5:22; II Cor. 7:1-2; II Pet. 1:3-4; Rom. 8:5-9; gal. 5;16-21; Phil. 3;12-16; Lev. 10:10, 11:44 ).
COMMUNION AND FEET WASHING
We believe that Kingdom Believers or saints shall observe the Lord's Supper using natural emblems, Bread and Grape Juice. On the night of our Lord's betrayal, He ate the Passover Supper with His apostles, after which He instituted the sacrament. "And He took bread, and gave thank, and break it, and gave unto them, saying, This is my body which is given for you: this do in remembrance of me. Likewise also the up is the New Testament in my blood, which is shed for you.".
